This class is designed to allow individuals to explore the traditional twining technique using waxed linen to create shallow bowl shaped baskets. Students will be encouraged to make a basket in their own style. Discussion will include beginnings, shaping, judgement of when it is necessary to add spokes or increase the size of the weaver, adding a second color, and finishes.
